ALz Test

Check your memory before small changes become a bigger problem

Forgetfulness is not always harmless. Changes in memory, attention, and thinking can appear gradually — and may be early warning signs associated with Alzheimer’s disease or other cognitive decline.

ALz Test is designed to help you notice those changes early. Using 15 image-based questions, it reflects the type of memory screening approach often used in clinical settings — but takes less than 5 minutes and can be completed on your phone or computer.

If you have started forgetting names, repeating the same questions, misplacing things more often, or feeling that your mind is not as sharp as before, this test may help you take the first step.

Specialist Recommendation:
ALz Test is intended for occasional self-checking of memory and cognitive function.
To help make changes over time easier to interpret, do not take the test more than once every 2 months. A practical tracking schedule is 4–6 times per year.

⚠️ Important: ALz Test is not a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor’s evaluation or professional medical assessment. If you or your loved ones are concerned about memory loss or cognitive changes, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
