Important: ALz Test can support awareness and discussion with a qualified clinician. It is not a diagnosis and does not prove or rule out Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
ALz Test is intended for occasional self-checking of memory and cognitive function.
To help make changes over time easier to interpret, do not take the test more than once every 2 months. A practical tracking schedule is 4–6 times per year.
